President envisions Taiwan's digital future at WCIT opening

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Monday at the opening of the World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) that Taiwan is evolving into a smart app service provider and that the government wants to build a friendly environment for such innovation.
