Zhang Zhijun, minister of China's Taiwan Affairs Office (TAO), is scheduled to pay his first visit to Taiwan in his official capacity during the week of June 23, according to Taiwan's Cabinet-level Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) on Thursday.
