Hsiao Bi-khim delivers first-ever address by Taiwan VP at European Parliament

Taiwan’s Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim made history in Brussels -- becoming the first sitting Taiwanese vice president to speak at the European Parliament. She spoke at the 2025 summit of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, a global cross-party network of lawmakers that has frequently expressed concerns over Beijing.
