Union Bank employees detained over alleged collusion with scammers

Two mid-level executives with a Taipei branch of the Union Bank of Taiwan were detained Tuesday on suspicion of helping scammers with schemes that defrauded victims of over NT$50 million (US$1.60 million), according to local authorities.
