Pre-sales of new regional public transport pass cards to start Thursday

A commemorative stored-value card for two monthly public transport pass programs, one covering Taipei-New Taipei-Taoyuan-Keelung and the other for Taichung-Changhua-Nantou-Miaoli, will be available for pre-sale on Thursday, according to EasyCard Corp.
