The Ministry of Labor (MOL) on Tuesday provided an overview of the enforcement of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act to mark the first anniversary of the act's enactment, indicating that the current level of the labor occupational accident insurance fund at NT$35.1 billion (US$1.13 billion) is sufficient to ensure its continued healthy operation.
