Port authorities accused of endangering stuck Indonesian sailors' lives

Several Indonesian sailors have accused the Maritime and Port Bureau of forcing them to stay on board a cargo vessel at the Port of Kaohsiung despite a Chinese crew member attempting to kill the ship's captain Tuesday night.
