Taiwan reports 66,189 new COVID-19 cases; total passes 3 million

Taiwan on Tuesday reported 66,189 new COVID-19 infections, taking the total number past 3 million, and as well as 123 deaths from the disease, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
