Seasonal winds gain strength, sending temperatures plunging

Seasonal northeasterly winds affecting Taiwan grew stronger Monday, sending temperatures to as low as 12.7 degrees Celsius in New Taipei in the afternoon, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
