Taiwan's major cities, CECC at odds on on-site dining ban

Several of Taiwan's largest cities, including Taipei, New Taipei and Kaohsiung, have said they will retain their bans on on-site dining, despite the Central Epidemic Command Center's (CECC) decision to allow such services to resume next week.
