CORONAVIRUS/CECC to fine non-mask wearers if serious COVID-19 outbreak occurs

Taipei, Aug. 26 (CNA) The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) said on Wednesday that in the case of a serious outbreak of COVID-19 in Taiwan, local governments will be compelled to fine people who refuse to wear face masks in certain public spaces.
