31 Vietnamese stowaways arrested in Pingtung

Coast Guard officers on Saturday arrested 31 Vietnamese stowaways aboard a Taiwanese fishing boat in waters off Pingtung County, and prosecutors have filed a motion to detain two Taiwanese suspects thought to be involved in the smuggling ring.
