German teen could face big fine for touching protected sea turtle

People who touch protected sea turtles without permission could be fined up to NT$300,000 (US$9,790), Taiwan's Coast Guard Administration (CGA) warned Friday, after a German teenager was caught in the act in waters off Pingtung County.
