Air quality 'unhealthy' in Kaohsiung, Kinmen

The air quality index in parts of western Taiwan, particularly Kaohsiung, and the offshore island of Kinmen flashed "unhealthy" on Wednesday, according to the Environmental Protection Administration's (EPA) Taiwan Air Quality Monitoring Network.
