The Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ) under the Council of Agriculture confirmed on Saturday that ducklings at a farm in Yunlin county, central Taiwan, were found to have been infected with the H5 subtype avian influenza virus and that as a result the farm's 2,681 ducklings had been culled.
