Cafe chain fined for refusing to hire Chinese woman with resident permit

The 85 Degrees C cafe chain has been fined for violating the Employment Services Act for refusing to hire a Chinese woman with a Taiwan resident permit, Taipei City's Department of Labor said Wednesday.
