Talk of the day -- Shooting case closed but still fueling disputes

An investigation into the election-eve shooting of a former vice president's son last November, which opposition forces contend may have influenced some of the five mayoral races being contested, was closed on Friday, with prosecutors indicting the sole gunman on manslaughter and attempted murder charges.
