Hou's wife offers dorm subsidies to needy students amid property controversy

The wife of opposition Kuomintang (KMT) presidential candidate Hou Yu-ih (侯友宜) on Wednesday vowed to subsidize rents for needy students wishing to live in a five-story dorm building owned by her in Taipei.
