The campaign office of New Taipei Mayor Hou Yu-ih (侯友宜), who also is the opposition Kuomintang's presidential candidate, filed a police report Saturday accusing his opponent in the upcoming election -- ruling Democratic Progressive Party's Vice President Lai Ching-te (賴清德) -- of spreading misinformation relating to the recent preschool drugging controversy.
