Taiwan commits to regional stability after Hanoi summit breakdown

Taiwan remains committed to regional stability, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Friday in reaction to the collapse of a high-stakes summit in Hanoi between American President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
