DPP to nominate chairwoman to run for president in 2016

The main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) said Tuesday that it will officially nominate DPP Chairwoman Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) as its candidate for the 2016 presidential election during a meeting of its Central Executive Committee slated for the following day.
