Taiwan takes alleged ISIS threat to attack Taipei 101 seriously

Taiwan's government said Wednesday it has triggered an emergency liaison mechanism following a twitter post of a photo which shows Taipei 101 （台北101）, a landmark building in the capital city, under fire in the wake of a terrorist attack.
