Taiwan, Vietnam discussing losses incurred during rioting

Taiwan and Vietnam have been talking about the safety of Taiwanese businesses in the Southeast Asian country and compensation for those that sustained losses during recent anti-China riots there, Taiwanese officials said Wednesday.
