New presidential spokesman gives recognition to his Hakka heritage

President Ma Ying-jeou's new spokesman, Fan Chiang Tai-chi, said Wednesday that as a Hakka, his new post is not only an honor for himself, but also a recognition of the achievements of Hakka people.
