Taiwan seeking 10,000 more overseas students over next 4 years

Taiwan's government plans to partner with the private sector to recruit an additional 10,000 international students over four years to alleviate a local labor shortage, Education Minister Pan Wen-chung (潘文忠) said Wednesday.
