Art scholar, taiko group honored for promoting Japan-Taiwan ties

Art scholar Lin Mun-lee (林曼麗) and a taiko drum group in Taiwan were recognized Wednesday by Japan's top envoy to Taiwan on Wednesday for their efforts to build friendly relations between the two countries and help promote mutual understanding.
