Hsia-Zhang meeting opens in Guangzhou

As cross-Taiwan Strait relations enter a crucial stage, Taiwan and China must cherish the gains already made and work toward cementing institutionalized coordination and official exchanges, Taiwan's top China policy official said Wednesday.
