Taiwan, the Philippines to hold smart harbor forum in Kaohsiung

Taiwan and the Philippines will hold a "smart harbor" forum in Kaohsiung next month to promote cooperation between the southern Taiwan harbor and the Port of Subic Bay, a Taiwanese diplomat said Tuesday.
