2021 real wages in Taiwan see first decline in 5 years: DGBAS

The average real regular wages of employees in Taiwan saw the first drop in five years in 2021, falling 0.04 percent from a year earlier, due to soaring consumer prices, although the economy grew by 6.28 percent in the same period, Taiwan's statistics bureau said Thursday.
