TSMC attracts over 130,000 new shareholders January-May

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., the world's largest contract chipmaker, has seen an increase of more than 130,000 in its number of shareholders so far this year, despite a 12 percent drop in its share price over that period, data from Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corp. (TDCC) showed Tuesday.
