Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's biggest contract chipmaker, which recently unveiled plans to build a plant in Arizona, the United States, is expected to secure opportunities for cooperation in developing key technologies with the U.S. and China, an industry analyst said Sunday.
