Terry Gou (郭台銘), chairman of Taiwan-based manufacturing giant Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (鴻海), on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker on a plan to build a display panel plant in the midwestern U.S. state.
