HTC Vive summit moves to bigger venue; pre-orders set for February

The upcoming developer summit for HTC Corp.'s Vive virtual reality (VR) gear, which is set to hit the market in 2016, has been moved to a larger venue to accommodate more attendees, the Taiwanese company said Thursday.
