Tsai, foreign dignitaries eat xiaolongbao at National Day reception

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) treated visiting foreign dignitaries, including President Mario Abdo Benitez of Paraguay, to Taiwan's world-famous steamed dumplings or xiaolongbao (小籠包), as they took part in Double Ten National Day celebrations at a reception Wednesday attended by thousands of guests.
