Taiwan's premier scolds Japan over detention of fishing boat

Taiwan's Premier Simon Chang (張善政) said Tuesday that Japanese coast guard had no right to detain a Taiwanese fishing boat in waters off Japan's Okinotori coral reefs the previous day.
