Authorities in South Korea have ruled that Taiwanese petrochemical firms have caused damage to its industry by dumping products, while authorities in Malaysia have also determined damage caused by Taiwanese stainless steel exporters that sold their products at unfairly low prices, Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) said Saturday.
