Taiwan's envoy to APEC highlights role of MSMEs in development

Former Vice President Vincent Siew (蕭萬長) on Wednesday shared Taiwan's experience in the development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) at a meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, stressing the role of the relevant government policies.
