Ex-vice president to depart for APEC summit in Beijing

Former Vice President Vincent Siew will depart for China later this week to attend this year's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting in Beijing as a special envoy of President Ma Ying-jeou, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Tuesday.
