Tax revenues rise in first half of year

The government's total tax revenues in the first half of the year reached NT$1.454 trillion (US48.6 billion), representing a year-on-year increase of NT$48 billion, or 4.8 percent, compared with the same period of last year, the Ministry of Finance reported Tuesday.
