High speed rail fault not caused by Chinese hackers: official

A recent electronic glitch that paralyzed the high speed rail for four hours last week, resulting in losses of millions of dollars, was not masterminded by Chinese hackers, a senior National Security Bureau (NSB) official said Monday.
