35,000 still without power after Typhoon Haikui topples trees, utility poles

Over 35,000 households and businesses in Taiwan are still without power as of Sunday night after Typhoon Haikui, packing strong winds of 144 kilometers per hour, knocked down trees and utility poles as it barreled through the country.
