Fresh truffles from Italy seized for excessive levels of heavy metal

A shipment of fresh summer truffles imported from Italy was seized last month at Taiwan's border after having been found to contain excessive levels of a heavy metal, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said Tuesday.
