2 cold air waves forecast to hit Taiwan bringing lows of 13 degrees

Two waves of cold air are expected to hit Taiwan over the next seven days, with lows of 13 degrees Celsius forecast for much of the island, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday.
