Changhua man fully recovers from rare transient global amnesia

A man in Changhua County has fully recovered without any side effects from a rare medical condition called transient global amnesia after suffering an overwhelming loss of memory for three hours recently, according to Chang Hua Hospital under the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
