Taiwan reports 23,669 new COVID-19 cases, 18 deaths

Taiwan reported 23,669 new cases of COVID-19, all but 211 of which were domestic infections, and 18 deaths from the disease on Tuesday, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
