Mongolian-registered freighter sinks off Taichung Port

The Mongolian-registered cargo boat, Prestige, has sunk in international waters off the Port of Taichung, central Taiwan, after it was reported listing to one side Tuesday afternoon, the Maritime and Port Bureau said in a notice to mariners.
