3 Taipower workers questioned over March 3 outage

Three Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower) employees were questioned Tuesday on suspicion of causing a nationwide blackout earlier in the month, and they were released on bail of NT$150,000 (US$5,280) each, prosecutors said.
