Long-haul flight crew members on Taiwanese carriers will be required to take two separate polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests after their return to Taiwan, the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) said Monday, citing rules imposed by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
