Typhoon Neoguri, Tropical Storm Bualoi not expected to affect Taiwan

Two Pacific storms -- Typhoon Neoguri and Severe Tropical Storm Bualoi -- are expected to move towards Japan and are not expected to directly affect Taiwan, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
