NT$19 uniform invoice wins Jan-Feb NT$10 million special prize

A NT$19 (US$0.65) receipt for a snack food product is among the lucky winners of the NT$10 million special prize in Taiwan's latest uniform invoice lottery, according to a statement issued Monday by 7-Eleven convenience store chain.
